We’re Hiring!

position: PROJECT COORDINATOR

High end residential and boutique commercial Interior Design studio is hiring for a Project Coordinator to start immediately. The Project Coordinator will work closely with all team members on multiple projects concurrently. *This position is a remote / work-from-home position, but must work during normal studio hours, 9am-6pm PST. If hired applicant lives in Los Angeles, there will be full team + dogs office days that you’re welcome to join if you’d like (they’re fun)!

Daily tasks include ordering samples, scheduling, pulling quotes, following up with vendors, checking in with storage/receiving and clients as packages are delivered, purchasing and tracking, and logging. The Project Coordinator will work very closely with the Senior Designer to pull client mood boards together as deadlines approach. This position is a great fit for a design enthusiast that already works in the design industry or a similar field. It is also a great fit for a recent design school graduate looking to learn the ropes in a boutique design studio as there is the opportunity to be promoted into an Associate Designer role in the future.

Requirements include:

  • Candidate must be willing to undergo a background check.

  • Experience in a similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in basic computer software, technology in general, and how to use cloud-based apps (Google Drive, Slack, Zoom, etc.). This position is entirely remote and therefore computer-heavy.

  • Very strong attention to detail.

  • Very strong work ethic.

  • Exceptional time management, organization skills, and follow-through. One task is multi-layered; hired applicant will need to learn each layer of the task, and follow through with each part before considering the task to be complete.

  • Willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties with little supervision.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize within a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the interior design industry.

  • Experience with residential architecture/design.

  • Spanish-speaking is a plus!
